These are the intrusive questions asked by Latham House Medical Practice, which as from experience "know", thar data breaches have in fact occured & even had record evidence changed via whoever's been selling on data & advising were all "wasting their time", when admitted into NHS hospitals, wanting us to have "private" healthcare, after privacy breaches !!! Making up stories that I'd been drinking, though, the tests for alcohol & illegal drugs came back negative, as that's what they were looking for & realised made false allegations under oath you see, not treating stroke / heart attack symptoms as too focused on wanting to falsely incriminate & wasted their time last year ...Garratt didn't have the evidence with Anderson & Co you see !!! So had their bus driver kick me off the Centre Bus firm's vehicle, who was saying that same, when I was speaking to a trainee nurse, who knew that I shouldn't have been wrongfully discharged, from the hospital a bit like their arrests & defamations, breaching privacy vis the nosey neighbours and their gossiping - yet, again...Believe it's called "Malicious Communications" that the police tried to press charges and convict me for, when in fact should themselves who've been promoting this, illegally using the system to do so..Were trying to convince me it's all "legal" even attempted break-ins via organised crimes network on behalf of landlords & ladies in the process too !!! xxx Breaching privacy laws & causing defamation of character, laughing with the neighbours saying the likes of me are fat & lazy ? Who walk around 3 miles per day, do fitness, even when injured still carry on..Accused of sleeping all day too ? Via their spies sitting outside of homes spying xxx Beloud
