I was speaking to some females today, at Melton Country Park...Food poisong if the norovirus.... They didn't realise that it's exactly the same condition & here is how you contract it. xxx Seriously, some people haven't grown up, not them..Appeared to water talking about it when ai showed up at the park !!! Mocking something that happened around 30 years ago to me, as well as when ai was at primary school. They've never heard of pebble dashing a toilet before & wondered what this meant ? In their teens early 20s... What are they teaching in schools and employment, now a days ? When the lady was chatting to me about her norovirus and being poorly she didn't realise that the colour of your sick going to a green blue colour is in fact the stomach lining and the best thing to do is sip water or a high vitamin c drink that is gentle on the food pipe as well as stomach, after vomiting acid, you need to keep drinking, even is it makes your throw up, to get the virus up, and help to neutirlse the acid ... Drinking fluids not having tea or coffee and if you do, dry toast or even a croissant, as this ends helps and if it irritates, then you know your still not quite right & you body will throw it up or keep it down. xxx After this introduce a homemade soup xxx Beloud
