He answered the call to ministry in 1968, starting out at AIC Musosya. Over the years he served at Nguuku, Kamuwongo, Katse, Nzewani, and finally Kandwia AIC. In each place he left people better than he found them. He was also a farmer. He mentored young people. He gave counsel to anyone who asked for it, and he never made a show of it.
