It's interesting how the BBC with those biased towards ex husband and contacts appear to say it's a 40% increase within adults who drink or eat kefir !!! Copy catting going in...As you'll find much more, die to many Europeans who use it & that's more than 40% !!! I know for a fact & it's bene in fact me, promoting it to others for drinking and even 2 faced family members, fiddling their numbers ..Next they'll been telling everyone that the hisbiacus idea was their ideas..When it was sme back within Poland in the 19i0s thar discovered it and the family members laughed at me & their community peer group !!!
