SPECIAL ISSUE. NOTIFICATION «THE VOICE OF TRUTH» MP ANI Collection of Documents Prologue 1. In connection with the launch of the full implementation process of MP ANI 2025 special projects, the news agency «The Voice of Truth» — the official representative and mouthpiece of the Alliance of Peace and Harmony and MP ANI — acting in accordance with the norms and instructions of the MP ANI special mandate, publishes the text of the special collection of documents (SCD) of MP ANI. 2. SCD of MP ANI. Preface. In accordance with the norms and requirements of the Main Act of MP ANI (the International Pact on the Status of MP ANI), the Alliance of Peace and Harmony, as an alliance of authors, developers and owners of MP ANI, when organizing MP ANI special projects, is obliged to provide officially and openly to the peoples of the mother countries a full report on MP ANI 2025 special projects. In this regard, in execution of the norms and requirements of the Main Act of MP ANI, «The Voice of Truth» publishes the text of the special collection of documents (SCD) of MP ANI and presents the main provisions of the Main Act of MP ANI (the International Pact on the Status of MP ANI). 3. Main provisions of the Main Act of MP ANI (International Pact on the Status of MP ANI). Clause 1. The International Pact on the Status of MP ANI establishes the basic principles and norms for the organization and implementation of MP ANI special projects. · The legacy of the Alliance of Peace and Harmony, the latest scientific data of the new science, and MP ANI special projects shall be used for the benefit of humanity and the individual, for strengthening the regime and mechanisms for restoring and protecting international peace, security, justice, stability and legality, for preventing global threats and cataclysms, and for the true revival and progress of humanity. Clause 2. The Pact confirms the legitimate rights of the Alliance of Peace and Harmony as the authors, developers and owners of MP ANI and MP ANI special projects; the protection of the rights of the Alliance of Peace and Harmony; the protection of the legitimate rights of the heirs and successors of the Alliance of Peace and Harmony, the main heir — the Armenian people, as well as the peoples of the mother countries: Armenia, Russia, the United States and Switzerland. The norms of the Pact confirm the legitimate rights of all participants of MP ANI in accordance with the norms of partnership cooperation, mutual guarantees and responsibility of MP ANI decrees. Clause 3. Only the following may take part in the implementation processes of MP ANI special projects: · countries and parties that have signed the Pact; · parties that confirm compliance with the norms of the Pact; · parties that hold licenses from the mother countries and authorized MP ANI parties. The status of authorized parties is held by official government authorities of the mother countries and parties responsible for ensuring international peace and security. These include all UN structures (the Security Council, the UN General Assembly), permanent members of the Security Council, as well as major participants: the peoples of China, India, Latin America and the Arab countries. Clause 4. The following may not participate in the implementation processes of MP ANI special projects: · countries and parties that do not recognize the principles and norms of the Pact and do not sign the Pact; · all participants in military aggression against the Armenian people (countries and parties); · all participants in military aggression; · parties that violate the norms and requirements of the Pact; · parties that violate the norms of the UN Charter; · parties that have been subject to UN sanctions and international court sanctions. Clause 5. Norms of legitimacy. The text of this Pact was approved and adopted by the General Council of the Alliance of Peace and Harmony by resolution dated April 25, 2026.
