The IP ANI Special Collection of Documents (S.C.D.) provides: 3. Basic Provisions of the Main Act of the IP ANI (International Covenant on the Status of the IP ANI). Clause 1. The International Covenant on the Status of the IP ANI establishes the basic principles and standards for the implementation of the IP ANI special projects. Clause 2. Only those countries and parties that have signed this Covenant and confirmed compliance with the proclaimed principles and standards may participate in the implementation of the IP ANI 2025 special projects. The legacy of the Alliance of Peace and Harmony (new scientific data, special projects of the MP ANI) must serve the benefit of humanity, for the peaceful application and development of technology and engineering, for the implementation of peaceful tasks and goals, and not to the detriment of humanity.
