If you feel tired, use that time to relax, even have a sleep, as your body is healing and needs it to fight the free radicals that cause this even stressors at times too can ignite more cysts / haematomas... Even sleepless nights etc ... Though, when no nosey neighbours and gangs bothering it can work, with tlc too xxx Beloud
