when I was a new firefighter... I was running rings around. all.......it was...the ...70.s. just transferred from the REME to fire. and there where a lot off... nepotism ... child's like there... spoke to all.... when .. they allowed to speak.... they forced into it ... my.best mates in fire service we're like me... wanted it. might sound.like. a tv program/movie. but. we who.wanted yo join ...did some off the "nepotism " types..rh rh. adios.. turned 2 off them .... great later when I needed dupport/backup for our new Femsle firefighters... those before. helped me get the woman some.balance.. any way. they ...dumped the females.on me.... but hey..... ok could lift or carry same.as males....but out in street. wn we talk to... better.. more balance... wn doing fire checks to just ait down.... they being female was better...oi oi OK no these girls... hey they said we are always your girls ta . I talked. got dhit down.. and oooooo they gave me the first two female... full.time.... equall as men..... hey walk into work tommorrow.. and have what I screaming about upstairs. no beds/25 hour shift/. shower room. the was.a female toilet for day staff... any way the .. sorry if I call my girls just dumped on me.... no ...come on.we. sort still mates. but helped me with the soz again the girls I. admit... I was cancer on there ass during many gires/ accidents etc ..hey perfect actually wn doing our job in street... they would talk to the girls.. always the girl.and them..... after 2 more years off.girls. more were hired....woo woo the second in charge...tried to get rid off the girls....got sacked .no pension 23 years. the dick walked in naked...arrousoused... into the girls...room .wn we heard screams.. up one.floor... and found him naked flopping around the girls. any way not another minute on job... woo woo 70.s 80.s. real bad...eoo eoo Beloud
