Today 9/9/2025 we lost our beautiful baby girl chloe only 6 years old to liver failure. Not sure what caused her liver to fail but against all powers she slowly declined over the past month. I dont even know what to say. She is such a good girl, so calm, never a problem, gentle baby girl. At the beginning we never planned to keep her, we already had pups of our own and didnt need anymore. One early morning we heard a yelp coming from the dog house and there my dad ran to find chloe with a bungee hook in her eye. How it happened we don't know. But he saved her and became attached the two of them. So we decided to keep her and she lived a good life. she had 3 litters (2 she wasn't supposed to have why we always call her clo hoe.) But her life was cut way too short. It is unfair how such an innocent creature can have such odds against them. It seemed like everything we did to help her we were prevented from doing it immediately in some way shape or form. Until you experience it no one understands the absolute empty powerless feeling of not being able to do anything in your control to help something you love and adore so dearly. And to have it be taken away from you within seconds. It is something i believe is truly incomprehensible. Trying to accept the fact that something is gone that was once there. Something you got used to being around and inevitably and unintentionally end up taking for granted. Stupid humans. Guess you gotta have bad to know what's good, huh. Damn.. To be able to live in the short time chloe was alive and experience all the unconditional love, intelligence, and slow walks. She taught us so much while she was around, probably more than we'll ever realize. She was such a good baby, and I hope her next life is a good one, she deserves nothing more. Appreciate what it precious to you while it last because everything and I mean everything is temporary. No matter how long it may seem like it lasts. Nothing lasts forever. I love you very much, chloe, and I always will. I know I will see you again soon someday. Till that day comes, I hope you know you will always be our pretty baby girl, clo clo🤍 Beloud
