There’s no deeper love than the love of your dog. Many people are jaded by the stigmas of having support animals. Some people think it’s fake or unnecessary. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ I wouldn’t be where I am if I didn’t have Anabelle and I am so grateful God blessed me with her. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀ I was afraid to admit to people for awhile that I needed her. It’s terrifying that it will stop your career the minute you ask for help. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ What I learned though is that at the end of the day, if you’re not healthy- then it really doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks anyway. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ESA’s have a different role than your common service dog. It doesn’t make their role any less important or more important- it’s just different. Just because you can’t physically see the struggles someone is battling, doesn’t meant they aren’t there. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Next time you see someone with an ESA, be a little less judgmental and a little more understanding. ——————————————
