很多人擔心睡到一半頻頻起床上廁所,晚上即使口渴也不敢喝水。對此,台中榮總婦產科醫師謝筱芸指出,許多人因白天喝水太少,導致身體在晚上「補繳水費」。不過,正常來說,半夜起床排尿次數應是0次,建議掌握補水時間差3原則,有助改善晚上口渴又怕夜尿的情況發生,還能降低降低半夜跌倒風險與心血管負擔。謝筱芸於臉書粉
